Empty Lot on Carthegena Way (End of 12 Mile)

I was looking on google maps and noticed an empty lot at the end of 12 Mile on Carthegena Way and was wondering if anyone on here owned the lot or knew who did. I would like to ask whomever owns it for permission to use it as a launch point for kayaks or just bank fish. If you are the owner or know the owner and wouldn't mind putting me in contact with him/her, please send me a pm with contact info or a pm requesting mine. Thanks!

Galveston County Appraisal District should have that information on their website... You'd need a written letter from the owner to show police when you get stopped or questioned for trespassing.

Thanks for the advice. The address google gave was wrong but I was able to find it on the GCAD's map.
