Bad time to be a catfish

B&P Sr. is on a tear. He called me wanting more coolers, beaver cubes, and beer. So I hauled all of it down him and we traded out. This is what I picked up last night. That's two different coolers. Not to shabby for a 70 yr old. He went hardcore with a tent, sleeping bag and groceries. No tellin' how many more he'll drag in today. Guess I'll be cleaning fish after work.

I love that catfish meat. It is kind of exotic since all I get is saltwater fish in Galveston. There is a recipe called "Catfish Supreme" over on that other forum that is flat-out awesome.
