Texas City Refineries...

Guys,
I am thinking about opening another office in the Texas City area. Before making any decisions I would love to speak with anybody who currently or used to work down there in the big three refineries that wouldn't mind talking to me for five minutes or trading emails as I try to figure a few things out.
