I know they are illegal in jamaica, but what about further west? I thought they were legal on the other side of the pass. Is that true?

Freeport side of the pass, in the past (when no burn bans are in effect) has allowed fireworks.

was down there yesterday and there are 2 at the pass and 2 when you leave the surfside city limits. and the BBQ stand at the pass is pretty good.
the fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.
