After spending countless hours in the rod blank section at FTU, I finally decided what blank I would use for my go to corky/topwater rod. I chose a SJ 782 (6'6) gloomis GLX blank. Did not put alot of crap on it, just wanted a simple rod with good components. I used a bubble grip from batson, black recoil eyes and a fuji reel seat. It actually turned out pretty light, can't wait to test it out.
