Good Neighbor

One of my neighbors came back from Louisiana yesterday. I pulled in and noticed he had bags of fillets. Curious, I walked over and learned he had been out Tuna fishing near Venice. I noticed he was using zip lock / freezer bags. I ran inside & grabbed my vacuum sealer and 2 rolls of bags. We sat there packing Tuna steaks talking about his trip. For helping out I was awarded 5 huge steaks of Yellow Fin Tuna and offered a trip out next time they go.

Sweet!.The vacuum sealer is the only way to go.I would have hated to see him put those tuna fillets in a ziploc bag.

Coe , man I'm glad you posted this . Don't eat the tuna from the Venice area . They make your hair fall out . I can meet you somewhere and take them off your hands . I will split it with Smooth Move . The folks around Venice have been calling those Tuna BP Tuna which in laymens terms stands for Balled People Tuna. You may want to call and warn your neighbor as well. I will have my freezer empty tonight .
