Background: my wife does all the billing claims for her dad who is a pediatrician here in houston. Every once in a while, she tells me about funny names of the kids like "Fidel Castro" (there are 100s of em). However, a couple days ago, she told me that one of the medicaid patient's names is:

Middle name : Jihad
Last: Driver
Its been eating away at me for a while and don't know if I am over-reacting. Plus, I don't know how to go about it without violating HIPPA privacy laws.
