Done ... the thing that bothers me the most is all the industrys that would be effected if they get rid of all the structure in the gulf. it would effect sporting goods sales, boat sales & the scuba industry & effect the lively hood of the fisherman that use it to support thier familys. If a guide cant put customers on fish after he spends $500 + on fuel they are basicly steeling from his pocket
