You put any kind of money in a tournament, and you will have cheating from someone.
Reason I rarly make the Lutes tournament about big fish ... and add more payouts when more people join

Sounds like the inshore division of the LKT. Oh well, the max is 2 to 10 in the pen if the pot is over $10,000. It's called the Texas Liar Law for fishermen.
It's one reason I don't fish tournaments. The new laws making it a felony misdemeanor, the potlickers, the crowds on the waters, and the cheaters.
And all fishermen are liars.
