Yep, Brite Light (I think they corrected the spelling after Ike though. Might be Bright Light now). There number is 979-233-8115. TMO went over there last week and they were closed at around 2pm, so give them a call. If you get their hours, could you post them up for us too? Thanks!
From 1970-1997, true heaven on Earth existed on the banks of Bayou Cook. "Hey Dad, Thanks for buying the Camp."
I like Denver's (The yellow shrimp boat, formerly Saltgrass) better. The problem is keeping live bait live from there to the Pass. Nobody called Bright Light to ask their hours???? I'll do it tomorrow.

get your bait before the bridge in surfside. better quality and cheaper than at the pass.
Ive always used Bridge Bait. I'll have to try the others listed above. I launch at SLP county park quite a bit and I've never stopped in Brite Light-nothing wrong with them. Just a creature if habit I guess.
The people at Denver's owned Saltgrass. Saltgrass rented from them. When the Saltgrass folks bought Salyer's spot with the ramps there across the street, the Denver's people started running the shrimp boat for themselves. I used to stop at Pier 30 before they moved. When they opened Beer 30, it was tough to bring a boat into the parking lot, so I started stopping at Denver's. I've tried 'em all and Denver's has the best dead bait. Live bait? I don't know. I'm too cheap to buy any. The old Pier 30 shack is open again with a new owner. I might try them next. As a rule Bright Light has the worst dead bait in my experience, but they try to make up for it in volume. You pay for a pound and they give you 2.
I forgot to call them today, but I'll call Bright Light tomorrow and post their Winter hours.

Went into Brite Lite today to get my little man some dead shrimp to work on feeling the bite on bottom and under the cork. Man charged me 2.50 for a 1/2 lb of fresh dead shrimp and I thanked him kindly.
