  • About Reel Crazy

Hey guys, I just wanted to share a bit with y'all how I got started and why.

My name is Jonah and I just graduated high school and just turned 18 last month. When I graduated I decided I wanted to start a fishing apparel company. I loved to fish, and just loved being in Galveston and by the saltwater even when I wasn't fishing. I had my dad, who is a artist to draw me up a logo and help me get my first shirts printed which I payed for with my graduation money.

I got my first shirts in and started selling them to friends and decided to make a bold move and take them to Marburgers in Seabrook where they gladly bought my last dozen shirts.

After that I went on to get stickers and kept it spreading when I could find money to support it with my part time job.

I started it in June 2012 and I'm still going strong and finally got my website up and running.

I will be out at the trout tournament with a booth this Saturday and I hope to meet a lot of people.

By the way, It was brought to my attention that I didn't have the prices for my gear on my website, I fixed this and they are now up. I have a few t shirts on clearance right now.

    Thanks guys.

I wish you great success with your venture. It is hard to do a start-up company-especially in tough economic times. I hope to see your products in person this weekend at the T.

It takes hard work and dedication to even get where you are today-and at 18 y.o., you have done more than most any H.S. recent grad I have known. Keep on and the rewards will follow.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. BEAUTIFY AMERICA, RUN OVER A LIBERAL, THEN BACK UP AND SEE IF HE'S DEAD.

I am glad to see that some of the younger generation still aspire and want to be entreprenuer's! I have kinda given up on your generation as being lazy pot head gamers, that want everything handed to them. This is a refreshing post and gives me a little hope for our future. Now start spreading the illness LOL. I Love your logo, and will buy a few shirts at the Trout Tourney.

I don't do drugs and I actually traded my Xbox and all my games for a Curado 100D, Curado Bantum, Citica 100DSV, and a Ambassudeur. Lol.

              And thanks a lot!

Also thank you everyone else for the kind words.

hahaha some are...some arent. Fishing breeds good people and that is a fact (fishing not potlicking). Just as long as the future is in the hands of the fishermen everything will be good.
