Just a quick thanks to the beach thieves who took our chairs and pop-up from Sea Isle beach this past weekend. Real classy!
Also,,,how do I keep from catching them dang hardheads? They keep tearing up my hands!

Start using soft plastics .....

Live finfish (mullet or small pinfish would work) is a better bait if you want to sit and drink beer instead of grinding. You won't get as many hits, but when you do they will be quality fish.

Set some more stuff out, load yur gun and wait like it's deer season and kapow-no more thieves-of course they were threatening your welfare/life. Best thief is a dead thief.
