Longest Black Drum (Length) wins.

Color Codes for each week.

Must take photos with color in the photo or have a date/time stamp on the photo proving it was during that week.

You have 3 days to submit your photos to blackdrum@fishwestend.com

Cash payout to 1st - 3rd less any expenses for credit card processing fees.

You cannot win more than one place meaning if you are in first place you can't also have 2nd or 1st & 3rd place. This is a friendly tournament and fun for the whole family.

Rules & Regulations

1. All Federal and State rules and regulations will apply. Violations will result in disqualification of the entire team.
2. The tournament will begin at 6AM on Saturday February 1, 2013 and run thru 6PM Sunday March 31, 2013
3. Fish must be caught on rod and reel only.
4. No More than 2 rods per angler may be in the water at a time.
5. Natural or Artificial bait can be used.
6. Participants may fish anywhere in the Galveston Bay Complex or Beachfront and must remain in State Waters. This area includes all inland waterways from Surfside to High Island in Brazoria, Harris, Galveston & Chambers counties.
7. No angler is permitted to approach nearer than 50 yards to any other boat, unless permission has been granted.
8. No fish may be accepted from or given to another angler.
9. You will be on your honor system and subject to polygraph testing. (THIS IS A CATCH & RELEASE TOURNEY)
10. There will be a Weekly color code that must be included in each submitted photograph &/or date/time stamp embedded in picture.
11. Color Code TBA weekly on Monday mornings. The first color will be announced 2 days prior to start of tournament)
12. Anglers have 72 hours to submit a catch no exceptions.
13. Photos must be clearly visible showing entire fish on measuring tape. Multiple shots are preferred.
14. Fish must be landed, measured, photographed & released alive to qualify.
15. When measuring you will measure from tip of nose to tip of the tail. DO NOT PINCH.
16. In case of a tie, the earlier recorded catch will be the winner instead of length.
17. All Weigh master’s rulings are FINAL
18. All disputes must be filed within 24 hours of the end of the tournament accompanied by a $20 filing fee.
19. Sponsors and organizers are not responsible for any accident or injury, nor loss, damage, or theft to any property.
20. Tournament results & updates will be posted daily on www.fishwestend.com
21. Drawings will be held weekly during the tournament, your registration qualifies you to win prizes!
