Agreed. Needed to get out. A buddy of mine was out there, so i learned how to cast my surf rod properly and he gave me a nice shark/bull red leader.Comment

A day on the water is always better than a day at work! Atleast you could enjoy the salty breeze and crash of the waves. Sunrise on the surf is usually something to savor.Nothin' but hardheads.....Comment

It is getting closer to surf time, because the next evening, Sunday 2/10 when I drove down the seawall about 5:30 in front of WalMart the pelicans and seagulls were pounding the surf just outside the break. Not sure what they were after but something was going on!Comment
