I have seen a plane like that before in Chocolate too. I think they were getting out and wade fishing from it. Saw it skim around on the belly to a couple of different spots and then finally took off.

Those three planes flew over us while we were fishing yesterday too. I thought they looked like sea planes.. Would have been cool to see them land, but I am glad they didn't land near us.
