Snook/tarpon guide recommendation for Jamaica???

Going to be staying on the southwest side of the island. We won't be too terribly far from Black River, which is supposedly the best/only snook & tarpon fishing in Jamaica. Like the title says, does anyone have a good guide recommendation? For the record, I've never fly fished & have no intentions of starting down there. I want the best opportunity to catch some feech!
