Fishing report 6-25-13

Me and a buddy went out after work yesterday evening and got into some really nice flounder. Lost more than we netted, but had a blast. Every one was between 15" and 22" and we had 8 in about 2 hours. All caught on 4" white twirly tail gulp. We also threw back a handful of dink trout. Incoming tide at the mouth of "cove". 3-5' of water over mud and oysters. This same place was producing about 6 weeks ago but all the flounder were in the 12-13" range, the fish were much larger this time around. I really need to work on my hook setting because we lost way too many right next to the boat. I wish you could put a trailer hook or something on the grubs without loosing the tail action. Tight lines everyone, they are out there!
