Instead of frying i actually prefer to pan sear with a spice rup of Chipotle, Ground Cumino, garlic salt, onion powder, and a dash of Cayenne. Put in corn tortillas with chipotle ranch and cabbage with Pico and a lime squeezed on top. Im convinced there isnt much better in my opinion!

Lightly fry the corn tortillas right beforehand, just enough to stiffen them up a tad and keep them from tearing, fried or blacked fish either is good (or shrimp of you're a crappy fisherman like me and end up eating your bait), some cabbage, a bit of mexican white cheese, fresh pico, a slice of avocado, and the sauce below (stolen from allrecipes) and life is good.
Ingredients;
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lime, juiced
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 teaspoon minced capers
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
mix together yogurt and mayonnaise. Gradually stir in fresh lime juice until consistency is slightly runny. Season with jalapeno, capers, oregano, cumin, dill, and cayenne.
Try it you'll thank me.When I grow up I want to be, One of the harvesters of the sea. I think before my days are done, I want to be a fisherman.
