Fishing Tampa Bay

I totally forgot to post the report from my trip a few weeks ago. Fished multiple flats with mixed grass and sand. Caught at least 50 Specs. Tide was way out so we could not find the snook in the mangroves, but my wife did nail this red. I also caught a couple blue fish on top. They fought very good.

I caught all mine on topwaters. My wife outfished both of us using gulp and a popping cork.

We fished just about everywhere between 275 and Gandy.

Was great. Would have been better if it did not rain so much. We had to push it back to a 9:30 launch to avoid lightening but we still got dumped on.
