Has it hit H-town yet? I didnt' get to fish this morning due to all the rain, but I might do a little surfing if it cleans up this monster surf we have here.

Yeah, but it will clean up really nice before it dies completely. It's only a 3 hour window or so to catch.
Front has arrived here. Looked at the palms outside and the leaves are blowin hard toward the gulf.

Got on the lsland around 3:00 (after getting pulled over by Houston's finest!) and the surf was huge! The bay is all messed up, so I hope this wind calms down tomorrow, so the water can clean up before the tourny. See picture from 5 minutes ago. Brown and white caps!Attached Files

Aww man I wish I could have headed down for a few waves. The surf cams are looking nice with the wind blowing the wave off the top - love that mist. I haven't surfed since my trip to mexico in July - why did I join the rat race?
