    Back to fishing lies

    I was sent a photo of the biggest speckled trout I've ever seen. I sent it out to a few friends in confidence and lo and behold it shows up on tos. 39" caught in Baffin Bay, of course. LM FAO.

        LOL... no that fish was caught by Brett Sweeny in Matagorda.... there's a long thread on 'that other board' about it. It's a pig for sure.... not sure how the story got to it being caught from Baffin and being 39... oh wait, we're fisherman LOL

            that didn't take long. I thought it was your cousin in rockport.
            the fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.

              Brett Sweeny was the Captain, the fish was caught by one of his clients Clayton Wessels. The fish was 30 1/4 and a little over 10. Its been ridiculous the last couple days. You have had other guys claiming the catch and just trying to spread rumors as fact.

                              Everyone knows I caught that fish. We are still lying to each other. ... right? I caught him on a zebco 404 with a Vienna sausage for the bait with 6lb test line in 4' of water. Its all in the presentation.
