Headed out around 4 pm to wade tx city area on 5/1 threw tops an corkys with no luck switched to tidal surge split tail mullet on 1/8oz jig head worked semi-slow an started hooking up caught 6 keepers an lost 2 more an missed several, hit it the next morning with no luck at same spot moved to another area an still nothing, around 11 seen a small slick pop waded over to it an started hooking up caught 4 keeper trout lost one and also one 17 inch flounder.
