    If it comes out good I plan on doing it a bunch more if I can find a good source of pork bellies. Gonna build a new smokehouse here in a month or two.

                    First time trying it but I've heard good things. I added that same stuff that HEB sells to put on cream cheese when it was in the brine.

                          It all came out pretty good. I think I like the plain one the best. The others, having so much sugar content in the cure, tend to brown a bit quick for me. They all taste really good though.
