  • Front porch sittin'

There isn't much finer in life than front porch sittin' on Titlum-Tatlum Bayou. Got some good Texas Country in the ice chest radio, got a frosty beverage in my Saints coozie. Nature is putting on a show all around us. Breeze has it feelin' like 70 degrees here on the porch.

Sure I could be fishin', but . . . . . . there's something to be said for front porch sittin'.

I think there's a country song in that somewhere.
From 1970-1997, true heaven on Earth existed on the banks of Bayou Cook. "Hey Dad, Thanks for buying the Camp."

Sounds good. I'm more or less doing the same thing on Offats.

I'd be doing the same if I had a view like yours .

Labor Day weekend is a perfect time for front porch sittin', enjoying your favorite libation and watchin' the mentally deficient terrorize the bay and beat the water to a froth lookin for fish.
