Brother and I took Dad out fishing for his 75th Birthday last Friday near Texas City
. Had a great time catching sand trout and nice croaker. Dad also caught a few speckled trout one inch too small so we threw them back. Had to cut the trip short because those nasty storms moved in, but still filled the cooler. Great Day Great Memories!

Freshly caught and diced sandies, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, green jalapeno, avocado and freshly squeezed lemon juice!! Mix, wait about 15 min get you a bag tortilla chips and you got yourself some top shelf ceviche right there folks!!!Comment
