Where To Fish - Moving to Bacliff

Howdy,

I am moving to Bacliff and was curious where y'all would recommend I scope out for trout, redfish, etc. I am in a 19' Montauk so I can't get super shallow.

I'd suggest you ride down to eagle point marina and look up Winfield ( Windy) Marshall. Old salt and former guide that knows that area very well. Explain you're new to the area and he comes highly recommended.

If you have a gps, get a Hook Setter Map that has reef coords on it. Also a good map for the whole bay system...talk to Windy, too!
