12-9-14 Beautiful day

Took Harvey out this morning (7:30) to a beautiful, light wind, sunny, water clear, 62 degrees, slight rising barometer. How could you not catch fish? We released several reds and lots of undersize trout but scratched out these keepers. Wind laid down to calm at 10:30 but the bite was over so we just tried some long-shot holes with no luck. Days like this are a blessing and makes you ALMOST forget those windy, dreary December trips.

Colngrats!! We did about the same today, seven good keeper trout and a few reds. The bite was over at 8:45.
