A "no questions asked" replacement warranty is not economically sustainable for G. Loomis (or anyone else). It worked when they were the only one in the ball game, but now there's a lot of competition in the high-end fishing rod market."GET OFF MY REEF!"

G Loomis still has a no question ask policy as of Last Friday.I just sent in 2 CBR843 rods I broke after fishing them for 4 years. 1 I stepped on in the boat and snapped it in half, the other I broke dredging oyster shells. I wrote in the return authorization form and on the phone how I broke them. I just received 2 new rods last friday (warranty). They didn't even charge me for shipping. They still have a no questions asked policy.
