Still getting a light show and thunder in cypress.

Still getting hammered here at Briar Forest and I10 and have been for the past 3-4 hours. Neighborhood streets are completely flooded and are still overflowing. Someone tried to drive out of the neighborhood, but ended up on my lawn and abandoned the car. Stay safe out there.

Got up this morning to go to work and street was flooded. Turned the corner and said screw this and came back home. First time since we lived here in 7 years its flooded.

Moved to Texas City from Galveston last year in August and the drainage from heavy rain and flood waters is amazingly good off the Bay Street side of town. Only bad thing is it's pumped straight into my fishing hole.
