To all y'all there! Hope everybody has a great time today doing whatever makes you happy remembering what a great land we live in. On a lighter note, at 630, th brisket is at 180, almost time to pull off. Cooked 14#er since 630 last night at 250 on green egg. Mopped several times and it looks great! Tight lines and happy smoking!!!
