I broke out the bass rod and reel
I have been hauling this old bass rod and reel setup around for lots of years, respooled the reel and
now using it to try to get the plastics to work for me in saltwater. It is light weight and If I get anything
of size on there its going to be epic. I like the light weight feel of it, you can feel the lure on the bottom and
seems much more controllable. Hopefully this weekend I can get something to the boat with plastics , wify will
be running dead shrimp and will probably have a limit of croakers before I even get a bite. I hope to get some
glow in the dark items for fishing in the lights.
