That doesn't look like mine at all . I don't use Tapatalk .
I hit GO ADVANCED
go down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS... click on it
click on ADD FILES in upper right
click on CHOOSE FILE
click on CHOOSE EXISTING
pick your picture from your camera roll
click on UPLOAD PICTURE
down at the bottom click on INSERT ONLINE
click on DONE
