  • played guide this morning

Got a call from Superspook last night to go fishing. Hit Moses lake to a humping east wind and white capping rollers at sunrise. Made a drift in the open lake behind some pelicans and spook snatched on to a nice 25" red. Wind got worse and I headed into a back cove where we ended up with four more flounder and a couple trout under a flock of gulls. Not bad considering some less than desirable conditions. Nice slam, Spook. All fish were released.

Thanks for the report, good job on getting on some fish with those conditions.

Lol. Put a little stress on that new Falcon rod, bro. If I knew how it was going to end up, I'd of cleaned that mess of fish.

Yep. Back in the corner by the drain that nutty assed kid on the bicycle keeps telling everybody about the ten foot gator that lurks there. I told him that I'll put a Troy Landry move on that mutha jumper and give him the meat.

Moses is like chocolate. Full of red drum and you'll rarely catch one that isn't a slot fish.
