I-45 closure

For those of you that don't know, I 45 will be closed at Bay Area Boulevard all weekend. They are shutting it down tonight at 10 p.m. and not opening until 5 a.m. Monday morning supposedly.

Looking at the traffic maps, it looks like only the northbound side of the freeway is closed.

It may only be closed on the Northbound side, but I guarantee the Southbound rubberneckers are doing their best to slow down their side.

Tex Dot said only the Northbound lanes....just drove southbound. It's wide open. Headed back two more times this weekend. I'll be taking 6. 45 north was backed up to 96.
