FYI: I found a new knee strap that helps with my knee pain that may help some of you guys with arthritis of the knees. I get a very sharp pain right under my left knee cap when I walk a lot. I put the strap on and it disappears almost immediately. For some reason my knee pains do not come back as often as they used to. The strap is made by Mueller that I bought at Walgreens and costs around $15. It looks like an H when you lay it down. When you put it on it has a band that goes on top of your knee cap and one below your knee cap that you connect with Felcro straps. This has worked wonders on my knee as opposed to the knee wraps Copper Fit, Ace Bandage, Knee Brace, etc. I told a friend of mine about it that has knee problems and he wears one on each knee when his start hurting. I'm not saying that it will cure your knee problem but it worked on my knee pain.
