Evans Marine Changing Names

Just wanted to publicly announce that we will be changing names from Evans Marine to The Boat Shop LLC. When I originally opened my shop, I opened as a DBA under Evans Marine. We have grown leaps and bounds, and my Financial Adviser and attorney told me we need to change and Incorporate the business. Evans Marine and others close are already incorporated and after months of consideration we opted to change names all together. I know our regular customers will follow, but if you see post about " The Boat Shop" you now will know it is Evans Marine and not some new company on the block.

Sounds good. I'd add ..... A/K/A Evan's Marine Texas...... (or whatever your lawyer tells you) on every post for a year or so. That way, you'll still benefit from the former name recognition. richg99
