To all of those who throw bass assassin, how in the world do you keep them holding up? Everytime i use them three fish tops and you gotta grab a new. Very soft plastic imo

I'm not very good with soft plastics, sadly enough, but when I throw them I use bass assassins and chicken boys.
Most of the time I throw corkys and topwaters.

...............Use hogie screw lock jig heads and catch larger trout, little ones tear them up more.

I love using tidal surge lures. They are really durable. I can easily catch 5-10 fish on one jig. Favorite colors include plum with chartreuse tail or morning glory with chartreuse tail. In case you didn't know morning glory is a black with holographic flakes in it. Good luck. Also I only use very light color baits in super clear water.
