Deer Island Barges

What kind of work is being done between N and S Deer?
Also, some one marked the cut with PVC, Thanks!

From what I understand they are doing some work on the south shoreline, putting some rocks and barriers. The barges are out there holding the rocks they are using for the job.

They are also putting in a pipe line that will stretch the bay. Be careful they don't have everything marked correctly.
