16-7. Sounds like a football score, right?

Nope. This morning, I boated 16 redfish and 7 specks. All fish caught on fly. I had a limit of slot reds in the bow of my Solo Skiff before I took the sunrise pic. The pic of the single red was #16 of the morning, at about 8AM. I went home after that.

I was really happy. As most of you know, I do it the hard way - flies only - and I have a lot of days that are "character builders". Today was also decent - caught lots (10 reds, 10 trout), but found it hard to get slot fish. Wound up with one slot red, 3 specks in the cooler. Any day that I catch is a good day, any day that I clean fish is a great day.
