Took the Jon boat to snake island today. It was warmer so I said why not I pull up with a kayaker on my left and boat on my right at the end of the island and catch a keeper 16' trout in the first 15 minutes I drifted the island and went out front of the geo tubes. Fished there for a little then went over to Maggie's cove all artificials, looking for bait at this time didn't see anything fished for 2 hours 1 trout still a little struggle! Let me know any help if you have some !

Get out of the boat on a shoreline and try a slow wade as well. This time of year fish move towards mud and shell as the temps drop.We are West End Anglers, a saltwater tribe!Comment
