  • Info of surf fishing shark!

Plan on coming down to the Galveston area and wanting to land a shark on the beach. Any advice on where to go and what to use? Done very little saltwater fishing.

    WELCOME !
someone will say something meaningful .
    Google it .
I think you get a large chunk of bait on heavy line on a hefty reel and get that bait as far out past the surf as possible by wading or preferably using a kayak . You hammer a pvc pipe into the beach in which you place the rod butt . Deploy a lawn chair nearby and place your rear end on it as you pop the tab on your favorite beverage to wait for a large sea creature to pick up the bait .

I've also heard of stingray as bait works pretty well
