    WTF?

    I was running up the ICW headed out to West Bay about 6:45 this morning and passed this guy up high and dry between Harborwalk and Green's cut. It was still darkish then, his running lights were still on, but there was not a soul in sight.

    It looked like he had run way high and dry.

    I got the pics when I came back in around 10:30.

    Anyone know who owns this Simmons cat or heard anything?
