North bound was closed this morning at 517 @ 5:20. All traffic put off on the feeder for a few miles then back on. Took an extra 30 + minutes. Work supposed to be picked up by 5:00. It looked like nobody showed up this morning. The cones were out but no one around."GET OFF MY REEF!"Comment
