Hope the cut opens more, would be a big help, and maybe the only redeeming value to this storm. I'm heading down to Rockport probably wednesday to lend a hand, stay thru the weekend.

No improvement.

Here is aerial coverage taking immediately after Harvey.. J hook / Sunday beach opened up. There are some minor guts out of the marsh that flowed water but nothing major other than J hook.
