We will have the Blockade Runners out providing live music.

We will be holding an opportunity drawing and auction to raise money for the kids of Shriners. We are also working with them again to have a few kids come out to the weigh in to help us draw the tickets.

You can register up until the tournament starts! There is no mandatory captains meeting the day before the tournament. However, we will be there at the marina Friday October 20th from 6 - 9 PM taking registrations in person.

We have a number of sponsors that have already committed to helping us with this event. We cannot possibly put these on without their help.

The Blockade Runners Band is set. Y'all are going to hear some great music at the weigh in. Byron, Josh, and Luke are going to rock the house. We may even get to be the first to witness the mandolin stylings of our very own Bayou Uber (Jeff).

        Get your raffle tickets!

You may not leave a "no-wake zone" and/or launch until 6:24 AM CST October 21, 2017. You can stage your boat at the edge of the no wake zone / canal or subdivision entrance before that time. Once 6:30 AM hits you are free to hammer down!

So can we leave at 6:24 or 6:30?

Can a two man team enter, but possible have a third angler (not entered) on the boat we are fishing from? Obviously that 3rd angler would not be putting anything on the stringer..............

Good catch, that should be once 6:24 AM hits you can leave.

We don't have a rule against it for this event.

33 but we had some singles... total 61 entries.

This was a result of poor weather forecast, we all know it was beautiful the day of the tournament. Houston Astros playing, and 3 other tournaments one of which across the bay from us. We work hard to try to keep other events off our tournament days and thus post our events dates a year in advance.

I thought we had a good number of anglers considering all of these obstacles. A fair number of patrons at the event not our normal packed crowd but again this was due to the weather not bringing more weekenders down to the Island.
