    Hey Guys,
I haven't been around as much as before. You guys always step up when needed.
I am asking for prayers for my Dad. He's 89 and near the end. I've been trying to
spend as much time with him as I can the last 2 years. He has Alzheimer's.
I had no idea how evil this disease could be until the last few weeks as his body
is shutting down. The hospice care that come by daily say his brain is no longer
sending messages to his biological functions. Most of the time he mumbles and
sometimes he will say someone's name. Most of the names are family members that
have already passed. Maybe their talking to him or he's reaching out to them.
Hospice is saying we are probably looking at 2 days or 2 weeks.
The Minister just came by and gave him Communion. Mom is doing ok, although
she hasn't been able to go to Church lately because she wont leave him.
Please pray for me that he goes peacefully for my Mom.

Prayers to you and your family. He will be in a better place soon!

We struggled with my father-in-law the last few years of his life. He had dementia and it was very rough on the Family.

Dad passed today around noon. Thankfully he went as we were praying for.
                            No suffering and peacefully.
Thank you all for the helpful words of kindness and prayers.
