Tipping Fishing Guides/Crew

Just wanted to get some other opinions on how much or what percentage do you typically tip fishing guides? What about if it's an offshore trip with deck hands and separate captain? Do you usually tip a percentage of the charter cost and if so would you then divide that up between the captain and deck hands? I am about to go to Costa Rica for fishing and curious how other approach this. Thanks!

I don't know about there but here in the 2000s deckhands were making around $50 a day. If they don't get tipped they are loosing money. That is a bog boat to wash for $50 and work all day taking care of the customers.
