  • Crab Trap Empty - West End Galveston Bay

New to using a crab trap. Loaded the bait box with chicken parts. Left 6 hours. All bait gone. No crabs. Reloaded bait box and left overnight. Same results. What am I doing wrong? Trap is 24 x 24 x 18h.

WestBayCrabber got you-you soaked in HIS territory!!
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. BEAUTIFY AMERICA, RUN OVER A LIBERAL, THEN BACK UP AND SEE IF HE'S DEAD.

After only 6 hours there should have been plenty of bait and bones left. Something fishy going on.

I just can’t imagine anybody stealing crabs from a crab trap.

There has to be another explanation for this.

Question: Did you set it so that the bait was on the bottom? If you left it so the bait was on the top, this could be the result.
