Since 2009, I have been making pots of what I call butterbean melange at the camp. There was always some left over and I'd put it in the freezer to throw in a new pot when I cooked one. So, odds are there are molecules of that first batch in 2009 still in the present day pot. Cleaning out my freezer this weekend, I found the last of the last. I warmed it up and Bayou Uber and I had some for supper last night. When I came home today, I didn't put it in the freezer. I had it for lunch. The last small bit is still on the stove. I think I'm going to have it for supper and end the string. What say y'all? Should I freeze it and keep it going? There's nothing I'd rather have for supper, so I'm certainly leaning that way.
