I hate Lafourche Realty-they had a pier with a guard with a .30-.30 on the Tidewater canal. They gave 'locals' a sticker allowing them to pass but charged enormous fees (I'm talking hundreds of $1000s) for drilling companies to go through a canal they didn't even dig.
